About 50 hours from the "apogée" of my happiness (voyage to Morocco...), some awful family issues occured, though I'm not allowed to tell any details... My dad is seriously depressed and won't care about anything now. Awwwww >_< (Uh, my parents aren't divorcing, if that's what you think ^^)
Sigh, sigh, and re-sigh. I can't think of anything nice and cute. Help! I hope the travel will cheer my dad up, even if it's actually a business trip.
Tuesday, August 12, 2003 My 10000th unkempt promise (see last entry). Blame it on Sympatico "High Speed". Whoa - I'll go to Niagara Falls (again!) tomorrow with my dad after driving my grandparents to to Toronto airport and after getting SARS. 14 hours inside a car (both ways) with my laptop on my lap (lap...top ; like on top of your lap! HAHA, I never noticed! Ahem...) and tons of downloaded ROMS. Ah, the good ol' days when I used to play Super Nintendo.
Btw, Luci: Did we tell you anything about the Projet SEUR? It was really cool! The people were interested in the activities, the "moniteurs" were fun and the activities were very instructive! The adults actually treated us like 20-year-olds!
Sunday, August 3, 2003 Ok: big resolution - I will blog every day this week, since it's finally the Projet SEUR at the Montreal University. Yay; I hope I will find out what career suits me best (as if). God, I wish I could be like Luci and be able to blog about new toothbrushes and Johnny Depp movies... Anyway, I can't adore my dad too much for liking Queen! A real Queen fan in my family!
So, en rafale, some useless events of my life: my grandparents leave for Russia in a week, I saw Daredevil and it stinked, I found a Renaud-Bray gift certificate worth 25$ behind my desk (expiring in a 7 days), my bike broke when I was riding downhill and I amlost died (mentally), I learned that my neighbor's name was Aleom and I need a new blog layout.
Tuesday, July 22, 2003 Happy birthday, (old, hatable) Grandma! Oh, dear. For this extra-cheerful event, my whole family (no brothers, phew!) are going to the Mosaicultures (again!) and to the Chienese buffet (too cheap for restaurant, I guess). I *so* look forward to this evening... (that was meant to be pronounced in a sarcastic tone) I watched Phone Booth yesterday. Yes, Phone Booth, that whole movie which was shot in/near a phone booth. God, it was hilarious - the police are total morons, the rest of New York's population are freaks, and the main actor (Colin Farell?) is very pat-pat (um... if you prefer: "pitiful in a good/cute way"?). The movie could have been pretty good if it wasn't for some huge illogical moments (ex.: It took the police 20 hours to eavesdrop on a public phone?? Dramatique.)
Oh, and Luci: I adore your Johnny Depp layout!!!

Thursday, June 19, 2003 @.@ - I rented a game called "Animal Crossing" yesterday, and it's definitely wierd. You're a girl (or guy ^^) and move in a town inhabited by animals that speak, dress up, and have feelings (and bigger houses, grr...). Basically, you decorate your house (according to Feng Shui! Yikes!) and need to make friends across town by sending them actual letters you wrote and that they're supposed to understand. You can even design your own clothes! But the most wierd part is that the clock in the game corresponds to the real life clock - which means you better not play at 12 p.m. or the shops will be closed. Bleh - it's a really good game, though! I may not come back before Monday or Tuesday, so bye, y'all!

School's over, and for once, I don't have an extra charged schedule this summer, and my dad seems cool about leaving me alone in town whenever I like to =) ...and I finally found work in the Westmount Public Library, but I suffered so much these past two weeks that I have no more strengh to rejoice. *Sigh*. Well at least the work's fine - I have to decorate the library in special occasions and help kids for still undiscovered activities (but I'll have to work a little during the school year... oh well).
And Mario Sunflower, Zelda: Windwaker and Smash Bros. are very entertaining Gamecube games! Have a nice summer y'all.
Monday, June 16, 2003 What a day... It took me two hours to explain to my grandmother why I hated melons, "because being juicy, tasty and sweet no human being can possibly dislike the fruit". Why was I talking about this again? Hum.
My dad explained to me (again) why people refuse *completely* free help from a nice, responsible young lady. Really; I don't mind spending my summer volunteering in a kindergarden, but it ends up I'm sacrificing my study time to look for a stupid job! Is it really my fault that the telephone operators are depressive and hate their work?
Sunday, June 15, 2003 Yes!! Finally, my summer blogger is up! It has been more or less 5 months since I touched Pizzicato, so the time definitely came for me to rise from the dead. Well, let's casually continue pointing out uninteresting facts of my miserable life. 3, 2, 1... GO! First things first: school is unofficially over!! I say unofficially because we still have 4 exams left, but I try not to think about it too much. I decided that biology stinks. Oh, and I finally painted my room after 2 years of agony in a *white* room. The walls are this colour and the borders are like that. Even though the second orangé makes me think about cheese (don't ask) every time I enter the room, it overall cheers me up a lot ^.^ Hehe... Luci, we're both alike, but I'm a mix of number three and number six, which are kind of opposites. Am I a schizo? I wrote both of them for the heck of it:
